The Saminco Feeder-Breaker and Conveyor systems are advanced Variable Frequenct Drives (VFD) designed specifically for mining applications.
Our Feeder-Breaker package automatically adjusts the speed of the conveyor motor depending upon the work load of the pick breaker. The harder the pick breaker works, the slower the conveyor chain runs.
This results in an increase of production by reducing down time due to shear pin failures and other mechanical failures.
All Saminco Inverters feature quick programming mode, motor auto tuning, the ability to quickly copy parameters to multiple drives in the system and remote control and analysis using VituralSCADA
