Diagnostic Display
The Diagnostic Display consists of a graphical Display controlled by a micro controller.
The Display is available in either cast iron or aluminum MSHA approved XP Enclosure
The display is connected to the Master Control Module via the CAN-Bus network. Each line of the display is dedicated to information from one of the 4 controllers in the system:
MT1 - Traction Motor 1
MT2 - Traction Motor 2
CNV - Conveyor Controller
PMP - Pump Controller
The information displayed includes directional information, motor temperature and fault information. There are 3 modes of operation: “status,” “fault,” and “disconnected.” In the status mode – the display will show directional information and motor current.
